TERMS AND CONDITION





§ 1 General, Scope

1. These terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to all business relationships between the company World of Car Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and its customers in the field of cosmetic services and retail sales.

2. Any conflicting, contradictory, or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed to in writing by the Provider.



§ 2 Offers

1. The offers made by the Provider are subject to change and non-binding.

2. The Provider reserves the right to change prices and services at any time.



§ 3 Appointment Booking, Treatments

1. Treatments are only provided upon request and by prior appointment. Customers must be of legal age (18 years or older) to receive treatments. For minors, consent from a legal guardian is required.

2. The Provider will attempt to accommodate special appointment requests, but cannot guarantee their fulfillment due to the high volume of requests.

3. Agreed-upon appointments are binding for both parties.

4. The duration and scope of the treatment depend on the individual needs of the customer, as well as prior agreements and the current condition of the skin. The Provider offers treatment recommendations, but reserves the right to leave the final decision to the customer. All treatments are performed following a thorough skin diagnosis and professional consultation.

5. In case the Provider cannot fulfill a scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the customer will be notified promptly. The Provider reserves the right to reschedule the appointment or withdraw from the contract. Legal rights of withdrawal and termination remain unaffected.

6. Booking an appointment through the Provider's website is non-binding and becomes binding only upon the issuance of a booking confirmation by the Provider.

7. Customers have the right to cancel a scheduled appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. For cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment, the Provider reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the treatment price.



§ 4 Prices and Payment Conditions

1. Prices are based on the current price list of the Provider at the time of contract conclusion.

2. Payment is due immediately after the treatment or upon receipt of the goods, in cash or by EC cash. Gift vouchers are payable immediately.

3. In justified cases, appointments may only be accepted upon advance payment.



§ 5 Warranty and Liability

1. The Provider uses high-quality products but cannot guarantee their compatibility or success. Treatment success depends on individual factors beyond the Provider's control.

2. Obvious defects must be reported to the Provider in writing within 10 calendar days of discovery; otherwise, warranty claims will be forfeited.

3. The liability of the Provider and its employees is limited to intent and gross negligence, except in cases of breach of material contractual obligations or statutory liability.

4. Claims arising from product liability or in case of injury to life, body, or health are subject to statutory regulations.



§ 6 Retention of Title, Defects, Exchange

1. The goods remain the property of the Provider until full payment is received.

2. Warranty claims and exchange regulations are subject to statutory provisions.



§ 7 Gift Vouchers and Special Offers

1. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and expire after three years.

2. Special offers are valid only for the specified period or while stocks last.

3. Special offers may be terminated without prior notice.



§ 8 Amendments

1. The Provider reserves the right to amend the T&Cs and price list at any time.



§ 9 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

1. The laws of the country where the salon is located shall apply. 

2. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these T&Cs is the city where the salon is located.
